Table service and quick service modes
Using table service mode a table map appears on the screen and the orders are attached to a selected table. Quick service mode supports serving one particilar customer in the same time without table attaching.
Order taking
Items are selected from the buttons placed on the sreen. In a table service restaurant the order printouts are printed automatically in the kitchen, in the bar-room etc. Kitchen terminal can be applied instead of order printing. Using a "waiter’s handmachine” (PDA) even more simplifies the order taking. The waiters can take the orders standing beside the customers and the orders appears in the kitchen and in the bar-room immediatelly.
Payment processing
Invoices can be printed by tables or by seats. The system has the typepermission of the Hungarian Tax Office (APEH) and it can print receipt an symplified invoice according to Hungarian low. Multiple payment mode can be applied in an invoice. It supports customer’s card credit payment.
Settlement
The daily settlement reports show the totals for any waiter, cashier, store, and terminal. These reports contain the daily turnovers and revenues.
Recipe
Multi level food and cocktail recipes can be made and it can provide up to date raw material costs and margins. Recipes are used to update inventory usage in the HostWare winARU Food and Bererage system based upon sales in the HostWare winVEN Restaurant point of sale system.
Linked systems
Room charge payment mode automacally charge the customer’s room accont in the HostWare winFRO Front office system. The raw materials of the sold items can decrease the stock in the HostWare winARU Food and beverages system. The HostWare invoicing system can make invoices from existing receipts.
