No need for customer software

HostWare webFRO is a web software running on the web server of the hotel, for the use of which any kind of browser is sufficient and obviously the combination of login name and password needed for log in.

Equivalent to local reservation

The web software reaches safely the front office database of the hotel through the firewall. Therefore, reservations recorded on the web interface are fully equivalent to the other reservations.

Search for a hotel or for a chain

It is adjustable with one click, whether the goal is to search for information as regards a hotel chain as a whole or any of its units.

Remote access for a hotel manager

If You install a web server by the hotel database server, and You supply it with a broadband internet access, You may request reservation or turnover data from a remote point — from a business central office, from abroad, from home etc.— the same way as if You were in-house.

Remote access for a hotel sales manager

If a web server was installed by the hotel database server, and it is supplied with a broadband internet connection, it makes it possible to request reservation data and afterwards make a reservation from a remote point – from the central sales office of the company, or from a foreign tourist fare.

Centralized data for a hotel chain

In case the hotel chain keeps the data of all of its units on a central database server and it is supplied with a web server with a broadband internet connection, its hotels may have their reservations registered in the central database. Thus, when processing a request, the company center receives the actual data of each of its units.

Central room reservation

The centralized hotel chain data may form the basis of a central sales office, which may search for available services of any unit of the chain and may reserve them. It is possible to establish contingents defined for the center and for the hotels.

Central statistics

Based on the centralized hotel chain data, statistics may be prepared either for an individual unit or for the hotel chain as a whole. For example: rate and composition of reservations, the extent of income in distribution of its source or components.
