Technical Help Afterhours, on Weekends and Holidays

Our software company provides continuous technical support to it's clients 24 hours a day seven days a week.

Our assistance is available by phone after business hours (9am-5pm) on working days and any time on weekends and holidays.

Once a complaint is recieved, our on duty representative will fix the problem by phone, over the internet, or if necessary in person.

Clients who have a "24-7 support" contract receive the above service at no additional cost.

Clients who have contracts including the standard monthly service fee are entitled to the same service at half price.

Without either of these contracts this service is still available to all our clients and the price can be seen in our brochure.
