If you have any problems and you tell us about them by phone, fax, or e-mail, during daily buisiness hours - 9am-5pm - we can provide technical solutions.

In the event of a problem please call our main number (36-1-469-9000) tell us what program the problem occurred in (front office, resteraunt etc.), the version of the software and the operating platform (DOS, Windows).

Help by phone is free of charge.

If your software is covered by a guarantee or if you have a contract including a monthly service fee you don't need to pay our technician to make repairs on site.

Contracts including a monthly service fee receive a discount for the cost of our technicians transportation.
